For Android Users
Using Chrome

necessary permissions in your phone's settings.

Clear browser cache: Sometimes, clearing Chrome's
browsing data can help. Go to Chrome's Settings, then Privacy, and
choose "Clear browsing data."
Using Firefox

Enable opening links in apps: Open Firefox, tap the
menu button, go to Settings, then General, and make sure "Open links
in apps" is turned on.
